We're sorry to see you go! If you've decided to delete your account with PORIYAALAN - A COMPLETE FLOOR PLAN AND TAMIL HOUSING COMMUNITY APP, please follow the instructions below. Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. All your data, including floor plans, community interactions, and housing-related information, will be permanently removed.

Instructions:

• Review Account Data:
  Before proceeding, we recommend reviewing any important data associated with your account. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your saved floor plans, community discussions, and enquires.
• Submit Deletion Request:
  To request account deletion, please send us an email at [email protected] with your account details and reason for leaving. This helps us improve our services.
• Processing Time:
  Account deletion requests are processed within 5-7 business days. During this time, your account will be in a deactivated state, and you will not be able to access any features of the app.
• Final Step:
  Once your request is processed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. If you wish to return to PORIYAALAN in the future, you will need to create a new account.
